Vítor Rosa has a PhD in Physical Education and Sports, EFD’s Didactic Branch, from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies (FEFD-ULHT) since 2017. He is graduated in Sociology and Tourism from the University of Évora and in Social Research by Modern University. He holds a postgraduate degree in Public Administration and Regional Development from the University of Évora and in Sociology from ISCTE-IUL and obtained a master’s degree in Demography and Population Sociology from ISCTE-IUL.

He was a professor and a researcher at Université Paris-Ouest Nanterre La Défense (France), UFR STAPS (Unité de Formation et de Recherche – Sciences et Techniques des Activités Physiques et Sportives (2015-2016), Académie de Versailles (2017-2018) and at the ULHT (2013-2017) and was a researcher at the Center for Research in Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Évora (2010-2011).

He is, currently, Integrated Researcher and Secretary of the Board of Research Plenary of the Research Center and Social Studies (CPES), of the ULHT. He collaborates as a scientific and editorial member of several international scientific journals and other publications. He has also collaborated in several research projects.
