The management structure of CIDESD is composed by four different councils:
- Direction, composed by the director and the two coordinators of the research groups;
- General consultant council, composed by the director and all the head managers for each one of the research centers of the consorted institutions;
- Scientific council, comprises all unit research members whit Ph.D. degree and adequate productivity accordingly to the internal rules;
- External evaluation council, composed by three invited scientists in the two research domains of the unity.
