She has a degree in Sport, Fitness and Health from the Rio Maior Sports School (ESDRM), a master’s degree in Sports, specializing in Sports Training – Football, from the same institution and a PhD student in Sports Sciences at the University of Beira Interior (UBI).

She is a personal trainer, soccer coach and is currently studying for her PhD, where her research focuses on the physical performance of elite soccer players.
