Tiago Jorge Duarte Lopes was born on June 13, 1994 in Faro. In secondary school he attendeds the Sports Technology Course, his priority objective (average: 15 values). He decided to attend the University of Beira Interior, Sports Science course, specifying the Pure Swimming Training (specialization: physical training of swimmers) (average: 16 values).

He decided to continue his academic course, in the Master of Science of Sports Sport training, looking to investigate the transfer between strength training and muscular development with the training of pure swimming (average: 18 values). He also developed different professional experiences during my life: sports vacation monitor, sports event organizer, swimming coach grade II, swimming referee, technical direction of the national federation of Futevolei and auxiliary manager in the town council of Silves.
