Tatiana Peixoto Sampaio completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sports in 2022, followed by a Master’s degree in Exercise and Health from the Instituto Politécnico de Bragança in 2024. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Sports Sciences at the University of Beira Interior. Tatiana has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, with two featured on journal covers. She has presented her research at various congresses. Her research involvement includes a Scientific Initiation scholarship with the STRONG – STRONGinWATER project at CIDESD and a current research fellowship at CIDESD.
