Miguel Baptista is a PhD student in Sports Sciences from the University of Beira Interior, teacher at the Higher School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco (Portugal) and a Exercise Physiologist in mbUP – Physical Evaluations and Sports Training, where he works with Trail Running athletes, does physical assessments and planning their training. He concluded his degree in Sport and Physical Activity in the Higher School of Education of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco (Portugal), Information Technologies and Multimédia in the Higher School of Technologies of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco (Portugal), and also finished his pos-graduation on Physiology of Human Performance in the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies (Portugal).
