João Nuno Ribeiro is a research fellow from the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), developing his PhD. thesis in UBI, under the supervision of Professors Bruno Travassos, Jaime Sampaio and Micael Couceiro.

He analyzes how external load data can help to interpret the physical demands of the futsal match and  how  through training monitoring can increase performance levels and reduce the risk of injury.
