Miguel Nery is a Clinical and Sport Psychologist, Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Professor of Psychology. His research areas are Clinical and Developmental Psychology, Psychopathology, Bullying, Play and Sports. Has a PhD in Human Kinetics (Psychology and Motor Behaviour), and is the author of Bullying in Youth Sports Training: New perspectives and practical strategies (with Carlos Neto, António Rosado and Peter K. Smith. Routledge, 2020). He has worked on research projects funded by European Union, Council of Europe and Government of Portugal. He is an Assistant Professor at Universidade Europeia (Lisboa). He is a full member of Sociedade Portuguesa de Psicologia Clínica, Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses, Sociedade Portuguesa de Psicologia do Desporto and Sociedade Portuguesa de Psicossomática.
