Miguel Jacinto is PhD in Sports Science, Adapted Physical Activity area, at the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education – University of Coimbra. Master´s Degree in Physical Activity in Special Populations, by Polytechnic Institute of Santarém and Degree in Sports and Well-being by School of Education and Social Sciences (Polytechnic Institute of Leiria). He is professor at the School of Education and Social Sciences (Polytechnic Institute of Leiria). His research work relates the variables of physical exercise, people with disabilities, and quality of life. In the last years, he has published more than 40 articles in indexed specialized journals, as well as several oral and poster presentations at national and international congresses and conferences.
