João Dias has a Sports and a Master’s degree in Sports Training in Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior – PhD student in Sports Sciences from the niversity of Beira Interior and FCT scholarship taking place at the Sports Sciences Research Center, Health Sciences and Human Development (CIDESD). João has more than 20 years of experience in aquatic activities and sports training. João Dias is part of several organizations and entities that promote physical exercise to optimize performance. Coach of various sports, from swimming, triathlon, and Water Polo, and continue to contribute, as a coach, in several international tournaments as head coach of youth National teams in Water Polo. Coaching leader on several platforms and researcher about sports, performance, and training.
