Hugo Silva is a lecturer in sports training and performance analysis in the University of Maia. He obtained his PhD at he University of Maia with Honors and Distinction. He received a scholarship award of merit during his Masters’ Degree. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Performance Specialist by EXOS, certified by FIFA in Football Medicine and certified in Training for Team Sports by Barça Innovation HUB. Parallel to conducting several research studies, he also works as a Sport Scientist with professional teams.
