Lecturer and Executive Coordinator of the CTeSP of Sports and Leisure Units at the Institute of Information Sciences and Administration in Aveiro (ISCIA). Researcher at the International Relations Management Department of ISCIA and member of the CIDESD where he carries out his research work in the field of career transitions and the abandonment of sports careers of football players in Portugal.

He is the author of several scientific articles, and has participated as a speaker and lecturer in several congresses and seminars in the sports area, in a national and international scope.

He is also a football coach and trainer and advisor of football courses at the Aveiro Football Association and at the company Mediática, Formação e Consultoria, in Porto.
